Frugality in an MPV can't get any better than this. With a 1.0-liter engine, the oddly named Starlight Jr. is surely the most fuel efficient people carrier out there. But before you start falling in line consider that this 3.3-meter car should fit 7 adults and the engine's only good for 53 horsepower and a top speed of 100 km/h. There are better choices out there.
