Trunk  space is much deeper than Toyota Echo's.  For greater volumes of stuff, split-folding rear seat increases cargo capacity.

Engine may not be much to look at, but the raspy unit revs willingly.  The 1.4 liter needs to spin fast, as low-end torque is not abundant.
