The JD Power Survey is conducted every year in Great Britain, where car owners are asked to judge their cars in a certain point system.  Within the survey, the most important question to be answered is: 'Has the car met my expectations?'  The survey is divided into main categories wherein owners would rate their purchase:

2. Fuel efficiency
3. Engine 
4. Electronics
5. Exterior fit and finish
6. Interior fit and finish
7. Dealer assitance / service
8. Availability and price of parts and services
