Though rear seats cannot be folded flat to the floor, the RAV4's can be lifted and stowed to give better luggage space. Nope, those aren't two sets of fog lights. This is one of the few design flaws of the RAV4: Toyota should have considered putting the signal light inside that huge cluster instead of underneath.
